Shipping and Returns

Shipping: We ship anywhere within the US.

All orders are processed within 2-5 days of receipt. Orders are not processed through Sunday or holidays.  If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

 

Returns: Mercato Marino is committed to quality and 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return your product for a refund of the purchase price. If you are not satisfied with your order, the following requirements must be followed for returning merchandise.

  • All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase and must be accompanied by a receipt. 
  • All returns must have a return authorization code you will receive from Mercato Marino - please reach out to us with your request and we will provide this code and also the location in which to send the return.
  • Refunded returns received within 30 days from purchase date will be given in the same form as original payment type.
  • Original shipping costs will not be refunded.  You are responsible for any costs to return merchandise.
  • Mercato Marino is not responsible for any lost or damaged returns you send.  For tracking purposes, if you are returning your order vis USPS, you must purchase and include Delivery Confirmation, Signature Confirmation, and/or Return Receipt Requested for each package returned.  If any package sent to us is not delivered for any reason, we will not replace or refund your order.
  • Please allow up to 10 days once we receive the return to issue refund.
  • All products returned must be 3/4s of the way full.
