Acetaia Sereni "Green Label" Balsamic Vinegar of Modena P.G.I.

Acetaia Sereni "Green Label" Made from a mixture of cooked grape juice and wine vinegar and aged for one year in large capacity oak barrels. The color is light brown, the taste is intense and acidic.
It's suitable for everyday use and is perfect when added to a quality extra virgin olive oil for salad dressings - but also for cooking preparations and marinating.
